CLEVELAND — Demand for water treatment products and supplies in China will continue to increase at the robust, double-digit pace familiar in recent years, a new report by research firm The Freedonia Group, Inc., says.
Although the growth rate of China’s water treatment market in the period 2007-2012 is predicted by Freedonia to take a slight breather from the 20 percent-plus rates of the period 2002-2007, it will still be in the 15 percent to 17 percent range.
Greifenberg, Germany-based inge watertechnologies AG said today it signed a water-process agreement with China for one of the countyr's six nuclear power plants currently under construction (see Nuclear power is green power, says expert).
